Assouline offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, shrink-wrapped condition to ensure your library remains a testament to luxury and quality. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the book's corners and spine are secure.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
